Once you’ve sent in your application the HR team will review it to ensure that it’s suitable for the job that you’ve applied for, or if you’ve sent in a speculative CV then send it on to the right manager for their consideration. Once the close date has been reached, the hiring manager compares all applications and then we’ll be in contact. If you’re invited to interview then this could be via video interview, skype or telephone. We’ll answer any questions that you may have about working for ASMPT and also find out a bit more about you, your experience and also find out whether we’re a good fit for each other.

We do provide feedback for all candidates if its asked for. We’re only too keen to ensure that if the recruitment experience ends with us, all parties understand why this is.

If the recruitment process goes well, then we’ll stay in touch with you until you join us. We will also ensure that you know what to expect on day one and beyond.
