Success at SEMICON SEA 2025

From 20 to 22 May, ASMPT team — representing both SEMI and SMT — proudly came together to present our latest innovations at SEMICON Southeast Asia 2025, held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.
This year’s event was especially memorable, marking the 30th anniversary of SEMICON SEA and its return to Singapore for the first time since 2013 — a perfect occasion to celebrate our ongoing contributions and presence in the industry.
Booth Highlights:
Our booth was buzzing with excitement as visitors from around the region stopped by to explore what ASMPT had to offer. From engaging conversations to meaningful connections made, the energy at the booth was a reflection of our people, our passion, and our technology. 
As we proudly celebrate our 50th anniversary and promote ASMPT as a technology leader, we presented how our solutions for comprehensive packaging serve as the critical foundation for Artificial Intelligence, Hyperconnectivity and Smart Mobility and positioning Singapore as a Center for Advance Packaging and underscoring our commitment to shaping the future of the semiconductor industry.
A Special Highlight: 
We were honoured to have Dr. Gary Widdowson, SVP and CTO of Semiconductor Solutions, delivering an impactful presentation on “Pioneering Advanced Packaging Solutions for Heterogeneous Integration in Chiplet Ecosystems and Silicon Photonics” at the Advanced Packaging & Heterogeneous Integration Summit. The session generated overwhelming interest and was completely sold-out during registration — a clear sign of the industry’s strong interest in ASMPT’s technology leadership.
Attendees were highly engaged, and many expressed that they were impressed by Gary’s insights into how ASMPT is advancing next-generation packaging technologies.
